Any rider / owner / horse change will be charged a $75 fee. Please note only 2 of the 3 can by changed, not all 3.  If you are unable to compete at our race for any reason you can use that credit for another entry or nomination, there are no refunds.

This form needs to be submitted along with payment before the change is made on our draw.
